NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT ITINERARY
1. Determine Eligibility
Applicants will need your official school transcript (high school or higher education).
Applicants must have proficiency in both reading and writing English. (International Students living abroad will require a virtual Admission interview and/or TOEFL iBT exam with a minimum score of 68.)
Applicants must show good vision, physical and mobility requirements outlined during the orientation/entrance interview.
2. Complete Initial Online
Registration
Decide which program to enroll in.
600-Hour Course (Only Illinois approved course to obtain license)
320-Hour Course (For Unlicensed State Individuals seeking Certified Training)
200-Hour Course (Individuals who are already licensed Physicians)

Plan to be at the Orientation/Entrance Interview and Tour for 2-4 hours.
2. Prepare for
orientation/
entrance interview
Read the 2024 Student Catalog and have any questions you may have ready.
Download and complete the Enrollment form for your chosen program.
Bring in Drivers License, State ID, or Proof of Residency.
Mail or Electronically submit a copy of your High School Diploma.
If you are an International Student living abroad, please provide a copy of your TOEFL iBT exam with a minimum score of 68.
3. Pay Student Fees
Applicants must be prepared to pay the $3000 Enrollment Fee at orientation/entrance interview.
We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Credit Cards.
Once fees are paid at orientation, you will receive the Student Kit, Electrolysis Practice Kit, Books, and either a Loupes fitting is done or a Loupes fitting is scheduled for the 320-hour and 600-hour courses.
The 200-hour course does not include loupes or IBEC book.
The 320-hour course does not include IBEC book.
4. After enrollment
You will receive an Activation Email for the initial Online Theory portion of the course within five (5) business days to begin parts one of the three total training parts.
Part 1: Activate the Online Theory training and begin completing Modules.
Part 2: After all Modules are complete (with a 75% or better), then Virtual Zoom Training will be scheduled.
Part 3: After Virtual Zoom Training ends, the in-person Practical Training in Oak Brook is scheduled.
